GUMP is a utility for programming ROM chips using TL688-like programmers. It is a GUI wrapper for the minipro software. See the minipro project for details of which programmers it supports.
minipro must be installed separately, but this is a breeze.
If you use homebrew then it's as simple as brew install minipro. See the minipro project for more options.
